These terms apply to polunex.com and to all orders placed with Polunex, operated by Wuhan Tanxiaoxiao Trading Co., Ltd..

Outdoor activities carry risk

Hiking and outdoor sports involve risks including heat illness, dehydration, falls and changing weather. Our gear supports your comfort but does not remove these risks. Plan your route, check the forecast, carry enough water and know your limits.

Using the gear

• Trekking poles: check that locks are secure before each use. Do not use poles as climbing aids or for support beyond their design.
• Hydration bladders: clean and dry after every use.
• Cooling towels: these provide temporary relief and are not a treatment for heat stroke.
• Solar fan hats: keep the fan module dry and charge it as instructed.

Orders and prices

Prices are in USD. Orders are confirmed once payment is accepted. We may cancel orders affected by stock or pricing errors and refund you in full.

Liability

We are not liable for injury or loss arising from outdoor activities. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid, to the extent permitted by law.

Subscriptions and auto-renewal

Some products offer an optional Subscribe & Save purchase. If you choose a subscription:

• Billing cycle: you are charged at the interval you select (for example every 30, 60 or 90 days) at the subscription price shown at checkout.
• Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle until you cancel.
• Price: each renewal is charged at the then-current subscription price for that product; promotional one-time prices do not automatically apply to renewals.
• How to cancel: email [email protected] with your order number and request cancellation, or use any self-service cancel link in your order confirmation / account email if provided. We process cancellation requests within 2 business days.
• When cancellation takes effect: if we receive your request at least 24 hours before the next renewal charge, that renewal will not be billed. Charges already processed for a cycle that has begun are handled under our refund policy.
• Refunds: unused prepaid subscription cycles may be refunded to your original payment method after we confirm cancellation; opened or shipped items follow the Refund / Return Policy.

Choosing one-time purchase (not checking Subscribe & Save) does not enrol you in auto-renewal.
