Request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Returnable

• Unused gear with tags and original packaging.
• Gear that is defective, damaged on arrival or not what you ordered.

Not returnable

• Hydration bladders and cooling towels that have been used, for hygiene reasons, unless defective.
• Gear damaged by misuse, accidents, or normal wear on the trail.

Gear failure

If a pole lock slips, a bladder leaks at a seam or a fan stops working within 30 days, email [email protected] with photos or a short video. We will replace or refund it.

How to return

• Email [email protected] with your order number and the problem.
• We send return instructions.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund

Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
