Packing

Orders are packed within 1–3 business days. Poles are collapsed and padded; bladders are packed flat.

Transit time

Standard tracked shipping arrives 7–15 business days after dispatch. Remote and mountain-area addresses can take longer.

Ordering gear for a specific trip? Allow the full delivery window plus a few days' margin before your departure date.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your order leaves the warehouse.

Solar fan hats

The fan module contains a small rechargeable battery and is shipped in line with carrier battery rules.

Delivery problems

• Damaged on arrival: email photos to [email protected] within 7 days.
• No tracking update for 10 business days: contact us, and we will chase the carrier and resend or refund if the parcel is lost.

Shipping charges and free shipping

Orders of $79 USD or more ship free to addresses we currently deliver to. Orders under $79 are charged a flat shipping fee of $10 USD, shown at checkout before you pay. Free-shipping offers apply automatically when your order qualifies.

Warehouse and dispatch

Orders are prepared and dispatched from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in Guangdong Province, China. Delivery times are measured from the date of dispatch.
